It was almost like a fairy tale epic movie “End of Days” when the whole Christiano Ronaldo transfer saga ended and the young Portuguese winger flew back to Manchester United FC’s training grounds.
There were so many profile names that were listed in the saga and some of them included Sepp Blatter who was almost crucified for his mind-blowing “If a player wants to leave then he should be allowed to leave, it is not good for both the club and the player”,i.e, “Manchester United is involved in modern slavery and should let the player to leave.”
Eric Cantona had also let his feelings known by reiterating “He would be very stupid to leave”.
It would be very had to give a blockbuster title to these saga becos it had been the talk of the town and of course nobody is going to forget Sir Alex Ferguson’s and Marcello Lippi’s “he is not going to leave” or Ramon Calderon’s “he is going to sign tomorrow, next week, next millennium” comments.
The most important thing to know is that Christiano Ronaldo is not going to do a Blatter!,i.e, “sign a long term deal so that when he wants to leave, he can pay off his contract”
