Taye Taiwo has stated that he does not want to extend his contract with the French Champions. His revelation has made a lot of English clubs to indicate interest for the left footed player.Taye Taiwo had earlier sought for a transfer to Tottenham Hotspurs FC last season but could not push his request through the Club’s top hierarchy. Thus, several top flight clubs such as Manchester City FC, Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC, AC Milan FC , CF Benfica , etc have shown interest in the top Ligue 1 player.
The Nigerian is reportedly trying to convince Super Eagles Coach Samson Siaisia to exclude him from the return leg 2012 African Qualifier against Ethiopia in Addis Ababa later in June in order to sort out his football career future at club level.
Taye Taiwo would be a very good addition to English live soccer as he is one of the few available left-footed players in world football
