Chelsea FC has stepped up its bid for AC Milan Starlet Alexander Pato. The Blues are bidding for Pato in the wake of appointing their new coach Carlo Ancelotti who coached the Brazilian at Milan.
Pato has expressed his desire to join Ancelotti at Stamford Bridge, thus, the Blues have stepped up their bid from 31 million to 38 million pounds. Roman Abramovich is really doing this after being out-bided by Real Madrid FC for Kaka.
The Brazilian had adjusted well to AC Milan FC after arriving at a very young age and had started pumping in the goals despite the rigorous nature of the LEGA CALCIO. It would be interesting to see how he will adjust to life in England and how he will pair up with Didier Drogba if the deal goes through.
