HOWARD WEBB DID NOT AWARD A PENALTY FOR MANCHESTER UNITED

Controversial referee Howard Webb should have awarded a penalty for...
Manchester United against Liverpool FC when the two teams met at Old-Tafford on Sunday.
Steven Gerrard’s back pass touched Jamie Carragher’s hand in the second half of the game but the referee who also officiated the 2010 SOUTH AFRICA WORLD CUP  final game between Spain and Holland chose to look the other way.
However, when Johnny Evans brought down Liverpool’s Fernando Toress, he awarded the penalty.
Howard Webb should also have pardon the RED-DEVILS  defender for the offence as the penalty gave Liverpool FC the chance to get back into the game and what happened to Manchester United FC against Everton FC would have repeated.
