Manchester United FC was denied a penalty against Liverpool FC

Manchester United Fc hosted Liverpool FC in a thrilling English soccer league fixture, a match that...
was officiated by controversial referee Howard Webb.
Manchester United players dominated the game from the start of the game but lost concentration in the 2nd half of the English Premier League fixture.
Nani had the first outstanding chance to score in the 15th minute for the RED-DEVILS after having some nice passes from Wayne Rooney but his shot went wide of the goal mouth. Dimitar Berbatov headed in Ryan Gigg’s corner kick in the 43th minute for Manchester United’s first goal of the match.
Berbatov got the 2nd goal by scoring an excellent back-flip which left Liverpool’s Pepe Reina speechless.
However, the 2-0 lead was cut short when John Evans fell Fernando Toress in the penalty area and John O’Shea fell the Spaniard a few meters from the 18-yard box. Steven Gerrard scored both the penalty and the free-kick to put the REDS level.
Manchester United’s Berbatov headed in another spectacular cross from Nani to give his club the much needed victory.
