Liverpool FC has captured the services of Glen Johnson of Portsmouth FC in a move that has surprised many followers of the game. Johnson had moved from Chelsea FC to Portsmouth FC and had performed very creditably.
This had stirred Chelsea FC to prepare a bid for the defender but the about GBP 17 million deal has left the BLUES in the mud again after they had lost out on Kaka to Real Madrid FC.
